Founder of Good Epi

Dr. Bishr Al-Dabagh, the visionary behind Good Epi, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. His extensive experience in dermatology and dedication to patient care have earned him a reputation for excellence in the field. 

Dr. Al-Dabagh's educational background is impressive, having graduated at the top of his class from Case Western Reserve University with Alpha Omega Alpha distinction. He continued his training with a dermatology residency at Duke University Medical Center and further specialized in procedural dermatology and Mohs surgery at the University of California, San Francisco​.

In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Al-Dabagh holds an MBA from the University of Michigan. This unique combination of medical and business acumen allows him to effectively run his practice and develop innovative skincare solutions that merge the best of science and nature. 

Dr. Al-Dabagh is passionate about holistic skin health, emphasizing the importance of diet, exercise, and lifestyle in maintaining youthful, radiant skin. His approach to skincare is both comprehensive and compassionate, aiming to help patients achieve their best skin from the inside out. Megan Niezgucki brings over a decade of dermatology experience and a passion for ingredient integrity to her role as a founding partner of Good Epi. With a background in clinical skincare operations and brand development, Megan has played a key role in shaping the company’s direction and product vision.

Working alongside Dr. Bishr Al-Dabagh, Megan helps guide the brand’s mission to deliver skin-focused, scientifically informed formulations. Her operational insight and commitment to clean, purposeful ingredients help ensure that Good Epi’s products meet the highest standards of safety, simplicity, and efficacy.

Megan is also a strong advocate for transparency and skin health education. She’s passionate about equipping consumers with honest, accessible information to help them make empowered skincare choices.
