Good Epi Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods or new product launches, processing times may extend to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has left our facility.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, destination, and shipping method selected. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at hello@goodepi.com.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address or a refused delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

6. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Good Epi is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. If your package goes missing, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. For added security, we recommend shipping to an address with a secure delivery location.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

8. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes for certain expedited services.
