Good Epi Return Policy

At Good Epi, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products that meet the highest industry standards. We stand by our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Online Orders (Direct to Consumer)
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Unopened & Unused Products: You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products, except in cases of adverse reactions (see below).
  • Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction, please contact us within 7 days of use with a description and photo of the reaction for consideration of a replacement or refund.

Wholesale & Medical Office Orders
For products purchased by medical offices, clinics, or wholesalers, returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival or defective.
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item remains in its original, sealed packaging.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened, used, or partially used skincare products.
  • Products purchased beyond the return window (30 days for consumers, 14 days for medical offices).
  • Final sale, promotional, or clearance items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our Customer Support Team at hello@goodepi.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible.
  3. Pack the items securely and include the RA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the return to our fulfillment center at:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you received a damaged or defective product, a replacement or refund will be processed at no additional cost.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order and follow the return process for the original item (if eligible).
